What's it about?
The Mission is about creating art and using it to create hope and fun in the lives of poor children.
That's it about: Here the children, there the audience - the joy of a created work is twice as great!
How comes?
As an illegitimate street child, I've come a long way, but have successfully completed many international contracts since 1989. The commissions showed me how much power professional Art can have - not only as a financial success for global companies, but also as a tool for positive changes.
Helping children in need...
...has always been an important issue for companies I led and at the forefront were Plan International, a children's home and an internet group helping over 300 children who reported horrific things.
After decades of work...
…it's decided to put now all the creative and entrepreneurial skills into the fight against child poverty because too many children remain trapped in the vicious circle of poverty and the original title of “In The Ghetto” was actually “The Vicious Circle”.
Archive
In order to fulfill the new and final task for this life there is also the plan to open for the first time the archive and auction what's in there: Paintings, Drawings, Sketches, Art Prints and later also Cel-Art. But it will take a while, the archive is not that small. For a first impression, check out the "Gallery".
Where is it going?
A personal note in advance: You will not see here photos of poor children in bad conditions. This is because I don't think a single child would allow themselves to be shown in a miserable situation if a child were in a position to decide about it. To this day, I would not allow myself to be exposed as the poor child I was.Realization should lead to help and Humphrey Bogart makes it very clear in his 1949 film what's to realize (see "Child Poverty Additional Page"). Now, making the "In The Ghetto Video", setting up this website, financing all circumstances over the last six month were the first things done since we are transforming the company from a profit to a non-profit organization, step by step. Where it is going remains to be seen how it works out to raise as much money as possible - the results will be reported here.

That was the driving force for Elvis and it was mine too. Knowing that child poverty not only has a terrible impact on one’s whole life, but is also the worst waste of talent imaginable let's encourage poor children, give them hope and light fires of motivation. These fires require as many sparks as possible for as many children as possible...
